At ROWE, each order is prepared with care and dispatched as promptly as possible.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During launch periods, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


SHIPPING


At this time, ROWE ships within Singapore only. We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

We may be able to assist with a faster delivery option, subject to availability and an additional courier fee.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME


Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.


ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION


Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

ROWE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.


DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS


If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, ROWE is not liable for delays caused by the courier, though we will support where possible.
