At ROWE, each order is prepared with care and dispatched as promptly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING

ROWE offers complimentary standard shipping within Singapore for orders of SGD 60 and above.

For orders below SGD 60, a standard shipping fee of SGD 4 will apply at checkout.

International shipping is available upon request, with a minimum order value of SGD 180.

To place an international order, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com or send us a direct message on Instagram at @rowestudios_ with your delivery location and the pieces you would like to purchase. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote before your order is placed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders within Singapore are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines for international orders will be shared when your shipping quote is provided.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we may not be able to amend an order once it has been dispatched.

ROWE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com and we will assist with the necessary checks with the shipping provider.

While delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control, we will do our best to support you and provide updates where available.

If a parcel is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
