Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, including preferences relating to fit, colour, style, or feel.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and the issue.
Once reviewed, we will assess the matter and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
CONDITIONS FOR REVIEW
Please retain the item and contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval and return instructions will not be accepted.
Where relevant to the nature of the claim, we may request that the item is returned in its original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
We are unable to accept claims relating to damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or damage not present at the time of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind, fit, colour, or style at this time.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Any paid delivery charges, including priority delivery fees, are non-refundable unless the approved claim relates to an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
