Returns and Refunds
At ROWE, each piece is considered with care, from fit and finish to the way it feels to wear.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, including preferences relating to fit, colour, style, or feel.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and the issue.
Once reviewed, we will assess the matter and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
CONDITIONS FOR REVIEW
To be considered eligible for review, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items must also be free from marks, stains, scents, or damage not caused in transit.
Items sent back without prior approval and return instructions will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at hello@rowestudios.com.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the approved claim relates to an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

ROWE reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will take effect once published.
